Weight Loss
To make it simple think of losing weight like this: one pound in weight equals 3500 calories.
So to lose a pound in weight you need to either cut out of your daily and/or weekly food intake
the said amount of calories or burn off the 3500 calories with exercise or (the easiest combination)
to do a combination of the both.
So cut out the more high calorie foods and do a bit more exercise and voila!!! You lose the weight.
I always start off with a food diary. I ask you to spend a truthful week filling in what you had to
eat every day and then we sit down and analyse it. Some of my food diary's from former clients have
made great reading.....but they all get destroyed...so only you and I know the truth. And we start from there.
Fad diets do not work. They might work in the short term but all they really do is make you lose
water and not fat and drop your metabolic rate making it so much easier to put all the ‘weight’
back on and occasionally even more weight can go back on which leads to even more despair.
So we go slow and sensible. You lose the fat and keep it off.
