Deciding when to begin exercise after the birth of your baby is a very individual affair.

Some mothers can't wait to get back into their pre-pregnancy clothes and before long will be following their old fitness regime.

Others - probably the majority - have difficulty finding time and motivation.

Having 'been there and done that' I understand both mentalities so after you have had your initial 'all clear' from your GP, we can start slowly getting you back on the right track.
