Martial Arts
I have never been the greatest Martial Artist, however it remained my passion for many years
and I have ultimate respect for its heritage, its teachings and in my own case the amazing affect
it can have on anybody who spends even a small time delving into its 'arts' and heritage.
What I did (and wrote several books on) was take pieces from it and tailor it to a Western way of
fitness and working out.
It took me years to attain my black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I am not a natural Martial Arts
practitioner but I got here in the end and also met some amazing people on the way.
These days I still use some elements from Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Thai boxing and Tai Chi in
my fitness programmes.
If you would like to learn a Martial Art as it meant to be taught then I
am not your teacher, however I can give you a taster, teach you some moves and point you in the
right direction of some incredible Martial Arts and teachers. If you are having a bad day I am
quite happy to hold up some pads and let you punch them to you hearts content....VERY satisfying
believe me!!!
