Body Toning

Every person had a part of their body they would really like to change and if they don’t well then they are either in strict denial or gone past caring!

The great thing about exercise is that you can actually improve and change your bodies shape. Unlike losing fat where you cannot spot target the area in which you want to lose weight (e.g. usual story – you hate your fat bum but when you lose weight it comes off your tummy or vice versa).

With weekly exercise plus that small bit of commitment you can tone up specific areas quite easily.

It is not a quick fix and it is not going to happen over night and I will insist on your also working on other parts of your body too so you don’t get lopsided, however it WILL work.

I use various different forms of equipment but nothing too fancy, so hand weight, dyna bands and exercise balls are my main pieces of equipment.
