Body Strengthening
Becoming ‘strong’ does not mean you are going to look like a body builder but if that
is what you desire then I can send you to the right person to do that right job. My idea of
being strong is that you can go about your daily life lifting and carrying to your hearts
content without a twinge of lower back pain or any soreness what so ever.
Being strong also helps you into old age, Osteoporosis is more common than you can imagine
and improving your over all body strength can lead you into a fit and healthy old age being
able to throw away all chances of a Zimmer frame and to dance happily into your long life.
Body strengthening is worked along the same lines as the toning and to be honest you won’t
realise you are doing it.
