Aerobics

Basically workout 'aerobically' means getting your heart pumping, lungs working and getting a bit sweaty. Its great for improving your cardiovascular system (heart and lungs), increasing your overall aerobic fitness and for burning calories.

But don't panic! its not for everyone and I do sympathise. I absolutely hate running these days...used to run a lot but never really enjoyed it so now I refuse to move faster than a gentle jog unless I am chasing an errant pony which does happen on the odd occasion.

But there are lots of other ways to workout 'aerobically....think skipping, fast walking, mini trampoline, step classes, aerobic classes, and cycling with many more surprising additions.

I am sure I can find a way for you to enjoy it and get the benefit out of it!
